Command Chief Master Sergeant James W. Hotaling represents the highest level of enlisted leadership for the Air National Guard. Chief Hotaling is responsible for matters influencing the health, morale and welfare of assigned enlisted personnel and their families. The Chief needed a way to communicate with the field to ensure readiness within the enlisted ranks.
