Strategy + Video: Annunciation Catholic School

Annunciation Catholic School (ACS) is a parochial school exclusively serving low income students in Denver’s Five Points neighborhood. Uniquely for most parochial schools, ACS has adopted the expeditionary learning model. When a donor offered to provide iPads and Chromebooks to put the school at a 1:1 student to devices ratio, Annunciation reached out to Hangar 30 via Social Venture Partners to develop a multi-year technology integration plan. The goal of the plan was to ensure proper integration of the devices into the expeditionary learning model, the school values, and most importantly the needs of the students.
