As citizen Airmen, members of the Air National Guard must strive to find a balance between military service and their civilian lives. This is often a source of tension for Airmen who find it difficult to effectively split their time between responsibilities. Hangar 30 created this video to serve as a conversation starter at Safety/Wingman Day events. By watching and discussing the video, Airmen are able to build a sense of camaraderie and learn from each other's experiences.
